November 22 - Apply to AWA and begin home study process

December 10 - Accepted to AWA

December - Gather background checks, medicals, financial forms, reference letters, etc.

January 7 - receive 1st draft of home study

January 13 - send home study to AWA for review

January 17 - Home study finalized, Send in i600A

January 31 - Received USCIS fingerprint appointment times

February 3 - USCIS Fingerprints (early)

February 8 - Certify Power of Attorney and Dossier Cover Sheet

March 8 - Information stating the MOWA is decreasing the amount of adoptions they will process each day

March 10 - Receive I171H

March 14 - Mail dossier to AWA

March 18 - DTE
