A little bit closer

Thank you to all of you who organized, worked at, and shopped the Encores Sale. Your work and purchases from Purple Potatoes earned us close to $1,000 toward our adoption expenses! We are so thankful for the generosity of time, energy, and money from the church body. We miss you all and are very appreciative of your continued support of us.

Last weekend was very encouraging to us and came at a good time. Our agency has increased the wait times for an infant referral from 4-6 month to 7-10 months. We had been expecting this, but it is, nonetheless, discouraging when it happens. Thankfully our Heavenly Father knows how weak we are and each time we have received news about extended wait times, He has also encouraged us with financial support.  

In the meantime, Tate has been having fun with the Purple Potatoes play silks.
